Chad went above and beyond what one might expect from a realtor.  He protected our interests as if they were his own.  As out of town buyers, he assisted with anything we needed to make sure that we had all our questions answered, had any issues we couldn’t manage from afar addressed, and made sure we closed on time.  He was a real partner in the process.
