Chad has a track record of success representing clients across Flagstaff, as well as second-home owners throughout Arizona, Nevada and California. Thoughtful, organized and dependable, Chad takes the time to truly get to know his clients, listen to their wants and needs, and help them make informed decisions, consistently going above and beyond to generate the very best results.
Originally from Prescott, Arizona, Chad grew up in Alaska and moved back to Arizona in his teens. Chad spent 4 years in the U.S. Marine Corps and then went on to earn a B.A. with honors in Leadership in Emergency Management from Grand Canyon University.
Prior to his career in real estate, Chad spent 20 years advancing through the ranks of Firefighter and Paramedic, a role which instilled in him the ability to remain calm under pressure, analyze a challenge and effectively work toward a solution. He also spent five years in the development and operations of one of Arizona’s most successful counter terrorism groups.
Chad works hard daily to be the best possible for his clients. He is a Certified Luxury Marketing Specialist, Second Home Specialist and holds many other professional designations. In 2016 he was awarded ‘Rookie of the Year’ for Northern Arizona and set the record for the #3 largest transaction ever on the Flagstaff MLS. In 2018 he was awarded the ‘Presidents Award’ for exceptional service. Chad was also featured on HGTV’s House Hunters Flagstaff episode, where he saved his buyers $125K on a $1M home.
