Chad works hard daily to be the best possible for his clients. He is a Certified Luxury Marketing Specialist, Second Home Specialist and holds many other professional designations. In 2016 he was awarded ‘Rookie of the Year’ for Northern Arizona and set the record for the #3 largest transaction ever on the Flagstaff MLS. In 2018 he was awarded the ‘Presidents Award’ for exceptional service. Chad was also featured on HGTV’s House Hunters Flagstaff episode, where he saved his buyers $125K on a $1M home. Prior to his career in real estate, Chad spent 20 years advancing through the ranks of Firefighter and Paramedic, a role which instilled in him the ability to remain calm under pressure, analyze a challenge and effectively work toward a solution. Traits which translate seamlessly to real estate. Chad currently sits as Director with Northern Arizona Assoc. of Realtors and is on the Arizona State Professional Standards Committee.
Originally from Prescott, Arizona, Chad grew up in Alaska and moved back to Arizona in his teens. Chad spent 4 years in the U.S. Marine Corps and then went on to earn a B.A. with honors in Leadership in Emergency Management from Grand Canyon University. A former competitive triathlete, when Chad’s not representing clients in real estate, he enjoys swimming, biking and running regularly in the Flagstaff mountains. Chad supports Second Chance Center for Animals and Flagstaff Family Food Center.
